Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of MyBuildBudy, a construction management platform for projects, crews, hours and costs. You are contracting with Felipe Andrade Antonio ("we"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must have authority to bind your company and be of legal age. Keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate information, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (malware, probing, scraping). No reverse engineering, resale or circumvention of license limits.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service, software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You keep ownership of your data and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Service level

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months, excluding indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. After termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

General

These terms are governed by Belgian law and disputes fall under the competent Belgian courts. Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control.
