Privacy Notice

Felipe Andrade Antonio is the data controller for personal data processed through MyBuildBudy. Each customer company is controller of the worker data it enters; we process that data on its behalf.

Data we collect and why

Name, email, phone and job title (account creation and providing the service — contract); worked hours, projects and expenses (providing the service — contract); login, device and IP data (security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest); support messages (customer support — contract).

Sharing

We share data with hosting and infrastructure providers; with Paddle as Merchant of Record for sales, subscriptions, payments, tax and invoicing; with professional advisers; and with authorities where required by law.

International transfers

Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to processing of your data and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority. We respond within one month.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and per-company data isolation.

We only use essential storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your language.
